For first year – Grace Period of 90Days is allowed and for second and consecutive years - Grace Period of 30Days is allowed, with in this period if the Distributor is earning Incentive, he will get deducted automatically Rs.500/- from his Incentive and beyond the grace period if payment is not received, Rs.1500/- (incl. Rs.1000/- towards Default payment Charges) will be deducted form his Incentive.
E.g. – If a Distributor Track ID is RMPXYZ010203, the validity period will be till 31.01.04 and after that 90Days Grace period is allowed for remitting the payment towards First year Renewal. During this period if this distributor has not paid the payment and if he is getting eligible for Incentive during that Grace period Rs.500/- will be deducted automatically. In case the Distributor is not earning with in the grace period and neither he has paid the Renewal Due amount, then Rs.1500/- will be deducted from his Incentive, whenever he is getting eligible for this amount to deduct.

Circular-Residual
(Royalty) Income

Distributors are eligible for Residual (Royalty) income, who have crossing 250 pairs after 23rd Nov 2002(Week48 Year 2002) for 12 months, after 12 months once again he has to achieve fresh 250 Pairs to get residual income for the next 12 months. |
Terms
of Non-Activated Site: Sites,
which are older than 30 Days will not be activated without ceiling achievers
signed recommendation letter. Default
payment of Rs.1000/- will be charged for the site that are more than 30
days. If
the site is not activated with in 90 Days that will be de-activated
implicitly. The
Steps for Address Changes: Distributors
are requested to send self written letter duly signed and recommended by
Ceiling Achievers or Top Leaders. Address
change for Track ID's will not be accepted by e-mail/phone call. Proper
Address proof should be attached unless address change cannot be done. The

Transfer: Site
transfer charges will be Rs. 2500/- (Rs. Two Thousand Five Hundred only)
New
Member's PAN Number
with PAN Card Xerox Site
transfer will be executed only with recommendation of ceiling achiever duly
signed in a 20 Rupees stamp paper with seller's and buyer's signature.
Partnership
Deed is required for Associate or Partnership firm. Direct
Referral: Direct
referral changes can be send through e-mail/fax with full details about Old
Sponsor and the New Sponsor. All
the Mails/ FAX/Letters are requested to be sent with the track id's for quick
